If you work at a company, your business contact details may be in rivvet. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to have it removed.
Who this is for
People whose business contact details are in rivvet’s database. Our customers are sales teams, and they use the database to find and contact prospects at other businesses.
Where the data comes from
Commercial business data providers and public professional profiles.
What we hold
- Name, job title and employer
- Work history
- Work email and work phone, where available
- LinkedIn profile link
- Seniority and department, which we infer from your job title
Why we hold it
So our customers can find and contact relevant people at other businesses (business-to-business prospecting).
Your choices
- Request removal from the database.
- Email privacy@rivvet.io to see what we hold about you or to correct it.
After removal
After removal we keep only your email address and LinkedIn profile link on a do-not-contact list, so you aren’t added back. We don’t use them for anything else. Your email address is kept in a form we can only use for matching.
